Transplant Reject Allograft Check

TRAC® (Transplant Genomics’ TRAC® Donor-Derived Cell-Free DNA Assay)

It is a non-invasive diagnostic test used to monitor organ transplant recipients for signs of rejection. It specifically detects the presence of donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) in the recipient’s blood. Elevated levels of dd-cfDNA can indicate that the recipient’s immune system is attacking the transplanted organ, potentially signaling rejection.

Value Proposition

18% of all liver transplant recipients, living – DCD – DBD, suffer silent rejection.
